Above all, thank you for making time to read my profile. It shows you care ;) .
Lets get the boring stuff out of the way. I was born in Lima Peru, but lived in Miami since the age of 7. I attended Coral Gables Senior High School and later Miami Dade Community College. I have been in the industry since 2001 and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida International University…go Panthers!
I currently work with K&A Realty servicing residential homeowners throughout Miami Dade County, but predominantly in Kendall, Pinecrest and Palmetto Bay.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, I worked as Finance Manger for the Non-Violence project USA. Then, Treasury Associate for the International Bank of Miami NA – where I obtained my series 7 or stockbroker’s license. After, Finance Analyst for Answerthink Inc. And last, Business Analyst for Johnson & Johnson.
THE FUN STUFF
I love sports – go Dolphins! Dark beers from around the world, music (from Led Zeppelin to Juanes), chess, and am pretty good at making people laugh. I grew up in the Magic City, and although I’ve had the privilege of traveling to amazing locations around earth, I can’t seem to find anything like Miami.
As mentioned above, I entered the industry in 2001 as a real estate investor. Particularly in the area of “flipping”…buying homes in distressed conditions, fixing them up and selling them for a profit. Later in my career, I decided to obtain my Realtor’s license in order to diversify my services, and cater homeowners’ needs in their pursuit of buying or selling a home.
During the past 12 months, as a team, we have successfully closed over 200 properties throughout Miami Dade and Broward County.
